Short term: 1-90 Days 50-55%     Long Term: 90 Days+ 30-40%

Place your dried goods in a mason jar along with 1 desiccant pack. After 30 mins, check the humidity level and adjust up or down by adding another desiccant pack or a damp paper towel.
