I’ve given this company multiple chances. I’ve bought their agar plates for months now, 30 at a time. Each time at least 3-7 plates would have contamination on it. One time they 100% did not add in the DME and sent me water agar. Really screwed me for a month. Of course, it wasn’t their fault though according to them. This last purchase all but two (out of 30) were contaminated badly. I gave them two weeks to reply back to me and make it right and they haven’t. I will no longer buy anything from this company and you should not either. Sorry, as a small business owner I really tried to be patient with this company because I understand the trouble. But if you are looking for pre poured agar, look elsewhere.

Stored the agar plates in a sterilized sealed tote only to open it and most were contaminated. I know it was on the agar because I had 1 pack of 5 clean as can be and 1 or two in the other set of 5 clean all the rest dirty

Nothing compares to the age of tips plates, the custom agar, clear gellan gum. Microppose comes in to fill the gap though, solid formula, fairly thick, great over all quality. Only had 1 out of 40 come contaminated so thats a pretty solid ratio in my experience. I do miss the sleave storage that tips plates had, since i didnt have to pop 5 at a time, but with a little parafilm thats no biggie. Im grateful for these plates. Craps on the competition, particularly in price point and convenience for anyone lacking a flow unit.
